Sagar is a well-established professional with a very strong foundation in field of Learning and Development (L&D). He has spearheaded multiple projects on a global scale and has been routinely rewarded for his initiatives and leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in B.Sc Computer Science. He is part of Prathama solely out of compassion with only one motive, i.e. to help empower the specially abled. This passion stems out of the hardships he has seen firsthand within his family, where his cousin was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. He uses this experience as his driving factor, and can easily connect and understand the needs of the gifted with utmost empathy and respect.

Madhu is a speech language pathologist has serval years of experience in the rehabilitation field. He was drawn to this field only because of his passion and his inherent nature to help people overcome their difficulties. He has completed his M Sc. In Speech Language Pathology from the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing. He is also certified by the California board of education as ‘Assistive Technology Therapist’ in 2019.

Though her role sounds monotonous, she on the other hand is the stark opposite. She loves to interact with children, and has previously closely worked with gifted children. Also, she  is a certified musician, who can sing as well as play the Veena and she like to capture the good moment in her photography, artist and has performed on stage shows. She holds a bachelor’s degree inB.Sc(PCM) and PG – B.Ed(PM).

Lakshmi is the 4th pillar of Prathama foundation. She has completed her BBM and then went on to complete the P.G Diploma in Human Resource. She has previously worked closely with hospitals and knows the nitty gritty involved in running a medical institution.
